Natural cures for acne redness and quick ways to get rid of cystic acne

Majority of acnes are caused by the bacteria Acne vulgaris; where the word 'vulgaris' means 'a common type of'. The hair follicles on faces contain oil glands which is called sebaceous glands that secrete the oil or sebum. As a teenager's body begins to develop, his or her body undergoes lot of hormonal changes which make the sebaceous glands overactive, producing large amount of oil. These oils clogs up the pores containing bacteria or dead cells, as a result the bacterium multiplies causing redness and swelling; which cause pimples. Sometimes when the skin reacts with the bacterial infection, the pimple gets filled up with pus. A whitehead occurs when the pore is clogged and closes but later bulges out. Blackhead occurs when the clogged pore remains open and the upper surface gets darkened.
Other than antibiotics, acne cysts rarely respond positively to milder forms of treatment. So treat pimples with extreme caution. Shari, who administered a warm compress to her pimples to make them burst open so that they ceased to populate her face, says she has never stopped regretting her foolish act. "If you have pimples, apply benzoyl peroxide and keep your face clean. The moment you interfere with them, you throw yourself open to acne cysts," she says. Wise words.
One study of acne found that not washing at all made acne worse but washing four times a day had the same ill-effect. The best approach was to use a mild cleanser twice and day, morning and evening. Adult acne in previously clear-skinned people may be caused by not keeping the skin clean. Dead skin cells mix with skins natural sebum and block the pores. While the acne may not improve through cleansing alone, keeping your skin gently clean makes sure that you don't exacerbate the condition.
